Meet new Chiefs tackle Lucas Niang

With the 96th pick in the 2020 NFL draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Lucas Niang. The plan for Lucas is to play him at guard next season then have him play at one of the tackle spots the season after. I would assume left tackle due to the fact Mitchell Schwartz has been one of the best tackles in the NFL and releasing Eric Fisher would free 11 million dollars in cap space. That cap will be much needed after the impending Mahomes and Jones extensions. One fun fact about Lucas is that since 2017 he has given up zero sacks. Get excited Chiefs fans, we just got a good lineman.
